  3. Get enough sleep: Good sleep helps your brain and body recover. Try to sleep 7 to 8 hours each night.
  4. Talk to someone: Share your worries with a friend, family member, or co-worker. Talking helps you feel supported and less alone.
  5. Exercise regularly: Walking, stretching, or simple exercises help your body relax and reduce stress hormones.
  6. Set realistic goals: Plan your work step by step and do what you can. Don’t try to do everything at once.
  7. Learn to say no: It is okay to say no if you feel overloaded. Protect your time and energy.
  8. Use relaxation techniques: Practice deep breathing, meditation, or prayer to calm your mind.

Self-care means taking time to do things that make you feel good and healthy. It can be simple, like listening to music, reading, or spending time outdoors.
