A reputable logistics and distribution company is seeking hardworking and dependable Packers to join its operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling products accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are ready for shipment on time.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Grade 10 – 12 certificate
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Honest, punctual, and reliable
Previous warehouse, factory, or retail experience will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Packing, labeling, and sealing products for shipment
Checking products for quality, quantity, and packaging accuracy
Loading and unloading goods as needed
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working area
Following company safety procedures and production guidelines
Reporting damaged or missing items to supervisors
Assisting with inventory counts and stock control when required

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
