Job Title: General Workers

Job Overview:
The General Worker performs a variety of tasks to support daily operations. This role involves manual labor, maintenance, and other tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Assist with routine tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials or products.
Perform basic maintenance and repair work as needed to keep equipment and facilities in good working order.
Support production or operational teams by preparing and organizing materials and supplies.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Clean and maintain work areas, including removing debris and ensuring cleanliness of equipment.
Assist with inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels.
Provide general support to various departments as directed by supervisors or managers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Grade 12.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment use.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various environmental conditions as required.
