Administrative Officer (Level 07) – Mount Fletcher
Salary: R325 101 – R382 959 per annum
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s licence
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across departments
- Support transport and logistics management
- Assist in human resource administration
- Manage provisioning services
- Support general administrative operations
- Participate in asset management activities
- Supervise junior staff

Grant Administrators (Level 05) – Multiple Locations
Salary: R228 321 – R268 960 per annum

- Cala
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA in any of the following fields:
- Public Administration
- Public Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Finance
- Accounting
- Commerce
- Social Sciences
- Social Security
- Law
- Information Technology
- Computer literacy
Key Duties:
- Provide grant customer care services
- Screen and capture grant applications
- Maintain beneficiary records
- Administer medical bookings and assessments
- Provide off-site grant services to communities
- Scan and batch grant documentation
