Overview
As a floor housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards on assigned hotel floors. You will ensure that guest rooms, corridors, and service areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.
Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms on assigned floors
Make beds, change linen, and replace towels
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
Clean corridors, stairways, and floor service areas
Replenish guest room amenities and supplies
Report maintenance issues or lost and found items
Follow housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required
Good attention to detail and cleanliness
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
