Overview
As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels, documents, or goods to customers and businesses in a safe, timely, and professional manner. You will represent the company on the road and ensure each delivery is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Collect parcels and items from collection points or depots
Deliver packages to customers according to assigned routes and schedules
Ensure all deliveries are handled with care to prevent damage or loss
Confirm deliveries by obtaining signatures or proof of delivery when required
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet daily targets
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
Communicate with dispatch or customers regarding delivery updates or delays
Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures at all times

Requirements
Valid driver’s licence – Code 10
Grade 11
Previous driving or courier experience is an advantage
Good knowledge of local roads and delivery routes
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit to load and unload parcels
Clean driving record and responsible driving behaviour
