Overview
As a Workflow Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating internal processes to ensure tasks move efficiently through established systems and procedures. You will support operational teams by monitoring workflow activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track workflow processes to ensure tasks are completed on time
Update workflow systems and maintain accurate records
Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate where necessary
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth task progression
Generate workflow reports and performance summaries
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards
Assist in improving workflow efficiency and process documentation
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous administrative or process coordination experience is beneficial but not required
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and workflow systems
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively across departments
