We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused individuals to join our warehouse team. Several positions are available, and you may be placed in the role best suited to your skills and experience. Positions include Picker, Packer, Stock Controller, Forklift Operator, Reach Truck Driver, General Worker, and Warehouse Assistant.
About the Work
You will be part of a busy warehouse environment responsible for handling stock, preparing orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting daily operations. This team plays a key role in ensuring smooth distribution, efficient order processing, and a clean, organised workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role you are placed in, your duties may include:
Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy
Operating forklifts or reach trucks to move and stack goods
Loading and unloading stock from trucks
Recording stock movement and assisting with inventory control
Labelling, scanning, and organising products
Keeping your work area clean and assisting with general warehouse tasks
Checking stock quality and reporting damaged goods
Supporting receiving and dispatch operations
Requirements
Different roles have different requirements, but generally we look for:
Good communication and basic literacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physically fit and able to lift or move goods
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Forklift or reach truck licence (required only for operator roles)
Computer skills (advantageous for Stock Controller and Assistant roles)
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not always required
Salary Range
Salaries depend on the role and your experience:
Picker: R6,000 – R10,000 per month
Packer: R6,000 – R11,000 per month
Stock Controller: R10,000 – R15,000 per month
Forklift Operator: R9,000 – R14,000 per month
Reach Truck Driver: R9,000 – R15,000 per month
General Worker: R8,000 – R12,000 per month
Warehouse Assistant: R8,000 – R13,000 per month
