Overview
As a Service Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting service operations to ensure efficient delivery and coordination of services to clients or internal departments. You will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and communication to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track service requests and support tickets
Assist with scheduling appointments, service visits, or tasks
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding service updates
Prepare service reports and performance summaries
Monitor service timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks
Ensure compliance with company service procedures and standards
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
A certificate or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
Previous administrative or service coordination experience is beneficial but not required
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
