Retail Assistants – December Position

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team for the busy December season. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find what they need during the festive shopping period.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is well-presented
Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the till
Help with unpacking deliveries and restocking merchandise
Keep track of inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors
Provide product information and support to customers
Follow store procedures for safety, hygiene, and loss prevention

Requirements

Minimum Grade 10 or equivalent qualification
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Reliable and punctual
