General Workers Heineken Beverages

Salary: R7 000 – R12 000 Per Month

Purpose of the job:
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the buildings. Performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization and the main custodian for upkeep of housekeeping.

Key Responsibilites:
Maintain all general housekeeping of the Brand home and its operations.
Prepare for all tea/coffee/meal services before and throughout conferences, meetings, or special events.
Responsible for cleaning of tasting room, conference facilities and restaurant throughout the day. All floors, surfaces, glassware, doors, windows.
Prepare all public spaces before guests arrive.
Report any maintenance, cleaning or safety related issues observed.
Manage and take stock of all cleaning materials and equipment.
Follow Heineken Beverages policies and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Matric
Relevant courses or certificates in cleanliness and hygiene management
Proven experience as a general worker in a hospitality environment.
Front of house or service experience
Food and beverage preparation experience
Proactive
Self-leading with minimal supervision
Willing to be flexible and adapt to change.
Able to work after hours and weekends, public holidays, and festive seasons.
