Overview
As a front office administrator, you will be responsible for managing front office operations while providing administrative support and a professional first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will help ensure smooth office operations and a positive experience for clients and staff.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage front office records and visitor logs
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and deliveries
Perform administrative, filing, and data capturing tasks
Ensure the front office area remains clean and organised
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous front office or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills including email and document handling
Ability to multitask and remain organised
Reliable, punctual, and professional
