Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support daily online marketing activities, including social media content, website updates, and basic campaign tasks. This role helps improve brand visibility and ensures that online platforms remain active, organised, and up to date.

Responsibilities

Creating and posting social media content
Assisting with basic graphic design and video edits
Updating website pages, product information, and promotions
Monitoring social media comments and messages
Supporting email marketing tasks
Tracking performance of posts and campaigns
Conducting simple research on trends and competitors
Maintaining marketing calendars and reports
Assisting the marketing team with administrative work
Preparing short promotional videos or reels where required

Requirements

No qualification required
Strong interest in digital marketing
Good communication and writing skills
Basic computer literacy
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Reliable and able to manage time effectively
Experience with Canva or social media tools is an advantage
Understanding of TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram is helpful
