We are looking for a Delivery Assistant to support our drivers with loading, offloading, and delivering goods to various locations.

This role involves assisting with route tasks, handling packages safely, and ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries. You will also help maintain accurate delivery records and provide professional service to customers.

Responsibilities
Assist the driver with loading and offloading goods
Handle packages carefully to prevent damage
Help navigate routes and ensure timely deliveries
Confirm delivery details with clients when required
Maintain accurate records of items delivered or collected
Carry out basic checks on goods before loading
Support the driver with any delivery-related tasks
Ensure a clean and organised loading area
Provide friendly and respectful service to customers

Requirements
No qualification required — training provided
Physically able to lift and move packages
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Customer-friendly attitude
