Overview
As a client support officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and service support to ensure clients receive efficient and professional assistance. You will manage client records, respond to enquiries, and support service delivery processes.
Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
Capture, update, and maintain client records accurately
Log and track client requests and service issues
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Prepare client-related reports and documentation
Assist with resolving client queries and follow-ups

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous client service, customer support, or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Basic computer skills including email and document handling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
