Job Overview
As a call centre agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls while providing professional and helpful support to customers. You will assist with enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls when required
Assist customers with enquiries, requests, or complaints
Provide accurate information about products or services
Capture and update customer information on systems
Follow call centre scripts, procedures, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet daily performance and service targets
Requirements
Previous call centre experience is an advantage but not required
Grade 11.
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and accurate data capturing ability
Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
Reliable, punctual, and goal oriented
