Duties:
Barcoding and recording of new assets.
Control movement of assets within the College.
Ensure all College assets are correctly captured on the system.
Compile monthly reports of new assets and update inventory lists.
Conduct annual physical verification of assets and ensure inventory accuracy.
Report stolen, obsolete, and redundant assets.
Report broken equipment and prepare items for repairs.
Ensure storerooms are properly organised and kept clean.
Assist with the disposal of assets.

Requirements:
Minimum Matric / Grade 12 Certificate / Senior Certificate.
Relevant post-matric qualification will be an added advantage.
No experience required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
Ability to work under pressure.
Sound interpersonal relations.
Conflict management skills.
