Waiters / Waitresses
Receptionists / Front Desk Assistants
Housekeeping Staff
Kitchen Assistants / Food Handlers
Porters & Guest Relations Assistants
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Grade 10–12 certificate (Matric preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented and professional appearance
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, your daily duties may include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, dining, and reception areas
- Supporting kitchen operations and meal preparation tasks
- Ensuring a positive guest experience through courteous, efficient service
- Handling basic administrative or cash register duties (for receptionists and waiters)
