Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Grade 10–12 (Matric preferred)
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in warehousing, construction, or manufacturing will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading goods and materials
Assisting with basic packing, sorting, and organizing of stock
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
Supporting drivers and supervisors with day-to-day tasks
Operating simple tools or machinery under supervision
Following health, safety, and workplace regulations at all times
Skills and Attributes
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and meet daily targets
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items
Dependable and willing to learn new skills
