ABOUT THE EXPRESSO X STADIO BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED
The Expresso Show and STADIO Higher Education are inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2026 academic year. The bursary will be awarded for studies at STADIO Higher Education, for a duration of 1 year. 1 winner will be selected to receive the bursary, valued at R100 000 (dependent on qualification and bursary direction).
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXPRESSO X STADIO BURSARY
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
You must be a legal, permanent resident of South African citizen
You must be 18 years or older (if you are under 18, you must have your parent/ legal guardians consent to apply and to receive the prize)
You must be a natural person
You must intend on studying at STADIO for 1 year
You must be a new first-year student
You must NOT be a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Organisers, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Organisers
You must NOT be an immediate family member of any of the Organisers, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Organisers
You must NOT be a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition
You must be willing to consents to your photographs being shared by the organisers on their official social media platforms for promotional purposes
You must read and agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the competition
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE EXPRESSO X STADIO BURSARY
To enter, students must visit one of the Expresso Show social media pages:

Find the STADIO Higher Education competition post (1 new post will be added to each social media platform each week).
In the comments section, post your answer to the question: “Why would you love a One Year Tuition Bursary to study at STADIO Higher Education?” and include #STADIOHigherEducation in your comment.
Notes:
- You may enter as many times as you like on each platform, however, each entry must be unique (do NOT use the same answer).
- You may NOT submit automated entries – all entries must be made manually.
WINNER SELECTION FOR THE EXPRESSO X STADIO BURSARY
The Competition will be run by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd, and winners will be selected via the following method:
- 1 winner will be chosen through an automated random draw. The system will first randomly select the social media platform (Facebook or Instagram), thereafter a second automated draw will randomly select the winning entry from that platform.
- Cardova will then contact the selected winner via direct message on the relevant platform within 2 hours. The winner will be required to provide contact details, a copy of their valid ID (in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008), and any additional information needed to confirm eligibility.
- If the winner fails to respond within 24 hours, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected at Cardova’s discretion.
- The winner’s name may be announced on the Expresso television show and related digital platforms.
- The prize will be delivered within 60 business days, to the winners residence, workplace, or nearest PostNet branch.
