Setting a deadline is only the first step in prioritizing chores; the real work begins afterward. This addresses the task’s sequencing, which also addresses the development of the process. After that, jobs may be prioritized based on their priority and their completion date, both of which can be controlled by the employee. People may simplify the process for themselves, leading to a more efficient operation, even without much assistance from the operations manager, when they are aware of priorities and have a clear idea of deadlines.
