3.2.5 Rule #5: Creating Systems

When a machine is operating properly, work is completed automatically. With very few faults or errors, the computer repeatedly performs a process. Although we are not machines, we can develop systems or procedures that will enable us to function just as effectively.

Do you carry out the same duties? Make a checklist out of your process and take the time to write it down. Following the creation of your checklist, you now have a reference in case you haven’t completed the work in a while, as well as the method to assign to someone else.
