Minimum Requirements
Grade 10–12.
Basic numeracy and computer literacy skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Punctual, honest, and reliable
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Previous cashier or retail experience will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Operating the till and handling cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Greeting customers and providing friendly, efficient service
Assisting with product inquiries and basic customer support
Balancing the till and maintaining accurate records at shift end
Ensuring cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
Adhering to all store policies, security, and hygiene standards
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling money
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
