The CA Programme is an intensive training program designed to ensure CAs thrive. Our Graduate Recruitment Committee (GRC), consisting of partners, the Senior Human Resources Manager, and the Professional Development Manager, selects only the top candidates for our recruitment programs.

Our CA Programme is designed to cultivate future legal leaders. Graduates from this program are well-prepared to become successful legal practitioners, often achieving success even if they do not continue with our firm, thanks to the strong foundation and skills they acquire.

We accept applications from BA Law, BCom Law, and LLB students who have completed the first year of their LLB or the second year of BA Law or BCom Law undergraduate degree.

The Selection Process
Submit one application for both the vacation programme and the CA Programme [HERE]. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a vacation programme, where they will work closely with partners and undertake tasks expected of a first-year CA.

Bursary Opportunities
The E.V. Adams and Nondumiso Msimang Bursary
Adams & Adams offers two bursaries named after co-founder E.V. Adams and partner Nondumiso Msimang, awarded annually to students demonstrating exceptional abilities, academic merit, and financial need.
Who Can Apply
- Current South African University Students: Enrolled in BA Law, BCom Law, or LLB degree programs.
- Academic Requirements: Grade 12 results with a B symbol or higher in English and a C symbol or higher in Mathematics.
- Financial Need: Demonstrated need for support.
- Academic Performance: Maintain above 75% average each year.
