Overview
As a stock controller assistant, you will be responsible for supporting stock control and inventory management activities to ensure accurate tracking and availability of goods. You will assist with monitoring stock levels, recording movements, and maintaining organised inventory systems.
Responsibilities
Assist with monitoring and controlling stock levels
Record stock movements accurately in inventory systems
Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory checks
Investigate and report stock discrepancies
Organise and label stock correctly
Prepare stock reports when required
Follow stock control and warehouse procedures
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous stock control or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
Basic computer skills and ability to capture data accurately
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional
