Job Overview
Sasol is offering a Fire Fighter Learnership Programme for unemployed youth residing in the local communities of Secunda and Sasolburg. The programme combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience to prepare learners for careers in firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency response within an industrial environment. Successful candidates will participate in training exercises, emergency simulations, workplace readiness programmes, and formal assessments throughout the learnership period.
Key Responsibilities
Participate fully in all learnership activities.
Attend and complete theoretical training modules.
Successfully complete practical and written assessments.
Participate in workplace readiness programmes.
Take part in firefighting drills and simulations.

Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Mathematics, Technical Mathematics, or Mathematical Literacy.
English or Business English.
Physical Science or Technical Science.
Valid Code B driver’s licence or higher.
Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
Must reside within Sasol’s local communities in Secunda or Sasolburg.
