Job Description
As a hotel administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations. You will assist management and staff with coordination, record keeping, and daily administrative tasks within a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to hotel management and departments
- Maintain guest records, bookings, and administrative documentation
- Handle emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence
- Assist with scheduling, staff rosters, and operational coordination
- Prepare reports, invoices, and hotel-related documentation
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Ensure hotel procedures and administrative standards are followed
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric is required
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including email and document handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
