Job Purpose
To maintain Regional Corporate Real Estate (CRE) buildings/infrastructure by ensuring that all operational maintenance and facilities objectives are achieved.

Job Outputs:
Process
Assist with arrangements and serve tea/coffee for official meetings and be responsible for clean water, glasses, and bottles in conference rooms.
Assist with completion of the order/ stock requisition in respect of short kitchen stock and unpack stock when it arrives.
Perform cleaning duties according to agreed quality standards and time parameters.
Prepare all serving utensils, food, and beverages prior to the commencement of meetings and clean up after an event (clearing and washing up).
Prepare tea and other refreshments for meetings and functions when required.
Serve tea and coffee on time and control kitchen stock [coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cleaning materials, etc] and update responsible person when stock levels are low.
Wash dishcloths and wash kitchen cupboards, fridge, microwave oven when necessary.
Adhere to and apply changes to own work processes as instructed.
Communication of progress on requests.
Ensure quality of work content, minimise mistakes and improve quality and service.
Plan and organise own work tasks within area of work.
Report on daily task activities to provide timely information for decision making.
Resolve problems and report issues.

Comply with and adhere to identified governance and compliance standards and escalate problems for investigation and resolution.

Ask for support or training to improve the quality and standard of own work
Drive own performance in order to achieve work outputs in line with required response time, quality and service delivery standards.

Downloading Certificates

You must be logged in and finished a course. To download a certificate on EduCourse, you have two easy options.

  1. You can download it from the completed course page itself.
  2. You can also access your certificates by going to the menu, choosing Academic Records, and then selecting

    My Certificates
    .

To access your certificate, click the certificate icon.

On the certificate page, you can click the certificate preview to download it or scroll down and click Download PDF.

How to Update Certificate Name?

To update your name on EduCourse, you must first be logged in to your account.

  1. Go to My Details from the menu.
  2. Edit your name in the profile section.
  3. Click Update to save your changes.

After updating your name, you can re-download your certificate with the corrected details.

How to Verify a Certificate?

There are multiple ways to verify an EduCourse certificate.

1. Scan the QR Code

The easiest way to verify a certificate is to scan the QR code displayed on the certificate using your mobile device.

 

2. Verify Online

You can also verify a certificate online by visiting:

Enter either:

  • The user's South African I.D Number
  • Or the Certificate ID Number

The system will display matching certificate records if available.
