Job Description
As a front office administrator, you will be responsible for managing front office operations while providing administrative support and a professional first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will help ensure smooth office operations and a positive experience for clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage front office records and visitor logs
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and deliveries
- Perform administrative, filing, and data capturing tasks
- Ensure the front office area remains clean and organised
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric is required
- Previous front office or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills including email and document handling
- Ability to multitask and remain organised
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
