Job Description

As a data processing clerk, you will be responsible for processing, capturing, and maintaining accurate data to support business and administrative operations. You will ensure that information is handled correctly, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Responsibilities

Process and capture data accurately into systems or databases
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Update and maintain electronic and manual records
Process forms, documents, and data batches
Organise and file data-related documentation
Assist with generating basic reports when required
Follow data processing and confidentiality procedures

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous data processing or clerical experience is an advantage but not required
Basic computer skills and accurate typing ability
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and professional
