Job Description
As a data capturer, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining information in digital systems and records. You will play an important role in ensuring that data is complete, correct, and processed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Capture data accurately into computer systems or databases
- Verify and check information for errors or missing details
- Update and maintain electronic and manual records
- Organise and file documents and data records
- Generate basic reports when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow data handling and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous data capturing experience is an advantage but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to type accurately
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
