Overview
As a customer support administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and customer support to ensure efficient handling of enquiries, records, and service requests. You will support customer-facing teams by maintaining accurate information and helping deliver a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
Capture, update, and maintain customer records accurately
Assist with logging, tracking, and resolving customer requests
Prepare customer-related reports and documentation
Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams
Follow customer service procedures and support guidelines
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer information
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage but not required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills including email and document handling
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
