Job Overview:
As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of professional service. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its customers to ensure positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products or services
Capture and update customer information on systems
Follow customer service procedures and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach

Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and accurate data capturing ability
Reliable, punctual, and professional
