What the CSC Learnership Actually Involves

This learnership places you inside Clover’s Customer Service Centre in Roodepoort, where you will:

  • Attend formal classes as prescribed by the learnership

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must meet ALL of the following:

Education

  • Must NOT have participated in any learnership before

Duties and Responsibilities (What You’ll Actually Do)

During the learnership, you will be trained to:

Customer Interaction

  • Provide high-level customer service
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls

Order & Data Handling

  • Capture and confirm customer orders accurately
  • Process orders according to daily call lists
  • Inform customers when accounts are on hold

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with internal teams regarding customer issues
  • Communicate order-related challenges clearly

Sales Support

  • Sell Clover and Principal products within customer ranges
  • Offer additional products and explain promotions
  • Highlight product features and special offers

Teamwork

  • Support team members to achieve collective targets
