Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Matric must have been completed between 2021 and 2025.
  • A minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
  • Currently unemployed.
  • Must not have participated in any previous learnership programme.
  • Willing to attend both workplace training and formal learning sessions throughout the programme.
