Job Description
As an admin clerk, you will be responsible for performing general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations. You will assist with record keeping, data processing, and office coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
- Capture data and update office records accurately
- File, organise, and maintain documents
- Handle basic office correspondence and enquiries
- Assist with preparing reports and documentation
- Support staff with daily administrative duties
- Follow office procedures and instructions
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric is required
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is an advantage but not required
- Basic computer skills including email and document handling
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
