Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Factory Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our factory. The Factory Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that the work environment is clean, organized, and free from hazards. This role is essential in supporting daily operations by maintaining a sanitary workplace.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize factory floors, walls, and workstations
Dispose of waste materials and handle recycling appropriately
Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly
Clean restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces within the factory
Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required
Maintain hygiene standards in high-traffic areas
Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
Replenish cleaning supplies as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning in an industrial environment
Requirements:
Grade 10 or higher
Previous experience in industrial cleaning is an advantage
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Attention to detail and thoroughness in work
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
