Overview

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals with or without experience.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions.
Update customer profiles and keep records accurate and organised.
Assist with general administrative tasks when required.
Work closely with the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Follow company guidelines, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Positive, patient, and customer-focused personality.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
