Overview

Our client is looking for hardworking and reliable General Factory Workers to join their production team. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and able to follow instructions accurately to ensure smooth daily operations within the factory environment.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
Operate basic machinery and equipment safely.
Assist in assembling, packing, and preparing products for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
Monitor products on the production line and identify defects.
Follow safety guidelines and report hazards immediately.
Support supervisors and machine operators with general tasks.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Complete daily production tasks as instructed.
Work efficiently to meet production targets.

Requirements

Matric or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, factory environment.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting performance expectations.
