Overview
As a filing clerk, you will be responsible for organising, maintaining, and retrieving physical and electronic records to support efficient office operations. You will ensure that documents are filed accurately and easily accessible when needed.
Responsibilities
File and organise documents accurately
Maintain and update filing systems
Retrieve documents and records when requested
Sort, label, and archive files correctly
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with basic administrative tasks when required
Follow document control and office procedures
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric is required
Previous filing or clerical experience is an advantage but not required
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills for electronic filing systems
Ability to follow filing procedures accurately
Reliable, punctual, and professional
