How do I enroll in a course?
Create your account, open a course page, and click Enroll. Start the first lesson from your dashboard.

What types of courses are available?
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Office Administration, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Data Entry, Health & Safety (OHS), TEFL fundamentals, and more.
Are the courses accredited?
Courses focus on practical, job-ready skills with a verifiable certificate. If a course carries external recognition, it will be clearly stated on that course page.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
Short courses: 1–3 hours. Multi-module courses: 4–8 hours. Study is self-paced—learn in short sessions or complete it in one go.
What are the technical requirements?
A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), stable internet, and any device (desktop/tablet/mobile). Enable cookies for saved progress and quizzes.
Is there instructor support?
Courses are self-guided with clear examples. For access or certificate help, contact support via the site’s contact page.
Can I access materials offline?
Courses are designed for online study. Some resources may be downloadable where provided; availability varies by course.
What if I need to drop or withdraw?
You can pause anytime. Your progress stays in your account so you can resume later.
Are there extra costs besides course fees?
No surprise charges. Optional add-ons (e.g., special certificate features) may carry a small fee when offered; details appear on the relevant page.
What happens after I complete a course?
You’ll receive a digital certificate you can verify and share. Add it to your CV and LinkedIn profile.
How do certificates get verified?
Each certificate includes a unique ID that can be checked on the verification page linked from the certificate or course hub.
Can I add my ID number to a certificate?
Yes—when available, you’ll see an option on the certificate page to include an ID number as an add-on.
Is there a time limit to finish?
Study is self-paced. Unless noted otherwise on a course page, there’s no expiry for accessing lessons in your account.
How many quiz attempts do I get?
Most quizzes allow multiple attempts. Passing scores and attempt limits are shown on each quiz page before you start.
Can I change the name on my certificate?
Certificates use the full name in your profile at completion time. Update your profile details and re-issue if needed.
Do you offer corporate or group enrolments?
Yes—teams can learn together. Contact us with your group size and course list to arrange enrolments.
I can’t log in—what should I do?
Reset your password here: /forgot-password-2/. If the issue persists, try a different browser or clear cache/cookies.
