Job Summary

We are seeking friendly and reliable Shop Assistants to provide excellent customer service and support daily retail operations. The ideal candidates will assist customers, restock inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register, handling cash and card payments.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
