Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide detailed product or service information to customers
Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges
Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and patience
