Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers and business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Analyze market potential, track sales, and report on account status
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Continuously improve through feedback and professional development
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
