Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and assist in maintaining customer relationships. The role involves regular interaction with both the sales team and customers to ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Coordinate sales activities, including managing schedules and appointments
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and sales documentation to customers
Monitor sales order processing and ensure timely delivery
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate inventory and stock availability
Support in the organization of promotional events and campaigns
Handle other ad-hoc tasks to support the sales team as needed
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Team player with a proactive attitude
