This is usually an issue with your Browser;

Take these Steps:

• Reset Browser Cache
• Refresh Page
• Try with a different Browser

In order to finish a Course you must Complete all Modules, Sections, Lessons, and must complete all Assessments with 80% or more. 

Upon completing a course you will be directed to download your Certificate. 

To check all of your Courses Progress Go to: Student Dashboard

Enable to following;

• Cookies
• JavaScript
• Pop-ups

2) Check Firewall Blocking

Programs that can cause issues;

• Norton
• ZoneAlarm firewalls
• Privoxy filtering proxy

Older browsers may also experience trouble loading CSS/HTML/PHP ensure your browser is Chrome or FireFox on a computer or Chrome on a Smartphone. 

• Reset Browser Cache
• You must be using a new or latest web browser on your PC.

Clearing Cache or related browsing data may hep resolve any loading issues you have with EduCourse or any other website. 

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
