I have a National Diploma in Information technology and I am certified by Huawei for HCIA routing and switching. My area of expertise include :end user support,Microsoft Office, general maintenance, application support, installations, troubleshooting and device testing, VB. Net, html, css, a+, data management (entry), database administration , n+, sql, project management and server administration, network and computer security.

I have once volunteered at a primary school, to be a Technical support intern. My duties and responsibilities included general maintenance of the school’s computers and educators laptops , data entry, data management, data entry, OS installations and configurations, device testing, network troubleshooting and end user support.
