My extensive experience in both electrical and in IT make me stand out in a crowd .

I have worked In IT for almost 2 and half years and in Electrical for 3 years during that time I have been

tasked with:

 Remote IT support.

 General Admin, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders,

and answering calls and Emails

 Interacting with clients.

 Installing of hardware and software (MICROSOFT AND LINUX.)

 Installation of new printers, configure printers on the network.

 Maintain and ensure the proper function of standalone printers, scanners or Network Printers.

 Installation of solar systems and calculations.

 Automatic meter reading (AMR) Maintenance.

 Meter installations, inspections, commissioning and load balancing.

 Changing of motion sensors and alarms at Substations.

 Assist with sales and promotions from time to time.

 Support on VoIP Phones , PBX and SIP accounts ,IPv4 configurations and IP cameras.

 Soft-phone configuration and Router configuration.

good customer service,pleasant telephone manner and lastly Technical knowledge .
