I have 7 years working experience, 3 years as a Call Centre Agent doing Market Research and 4 years as a Customer Care Sales Assistant. I have excellent customer care and communication skills, excellent typing skills and very good with Ms Office Word, Excel and Outlook. A people’s person with great interpersonal skills. I am currently studying part-time towards my National Diploma in Legal Secretary. I am unemployed and actively looking for full-time employment.
