Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly and proactive Retail Assistants to join our team for the December period. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing merchandise, and maintaining store standards to enhance the shopping experience and support sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Help customers locate products, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Process transactions at the cash register and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; retail training or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
